Due to the high export rates of the Process or packaging machinery industry, the selecting and managing of agents plays an essential role in a successful export strategy. 

In two workshops we will look at the finding and the selection process of agents and the managing of these agents. Subjects like choosing the right distribution channel, the profile of the potential candidates, and the way of cooperation will be discussed, including entry strategies to new, upcoming or existing markets. Also the theme of managing these agents in the light of management style, structure of tasks as well as the contractual side of it, will be discussed in detail.  

This workshop is fully based upon the daily reality of dealing with agents in the process and packaging machinery business. Developed by machine builders, for machine builders. With knowledge you can implement directly into practice. With this workshop and belonging survey, you will be up to speed with the latest trends and developments, but also with tips and tricks from the daily practice.

We offer both individual workshops, as well as a one year development program, where you will have access to our full program of 6 workshops. Within our development program, you can choose after the first year for an additional year with 6 additional workshops. For this development program, you can follow the development of your employees via a LMS (Learning Management System) system, following individual progress per subject per employee.
