In two workshops we will look at the finding and the selection process of agents and the managing of these agents. Subjects like choosing the right distribution channel, the profile of the potential candidates, and the way of cooperation will be discussed, including entry strategies to new, upcoming or existing markets. Also the theme of managing these agents in the light of management style, structure of tasks as well as the contractual side of it, will be discussed in detail.
