In this workshop you will learn all about how to defend your price levels and belonging conditions. Also we discuss important elements like how to calculate the lifecycle cost of your equipment, and the impact of 1% discount on the EBIT. As all of our workshops are based upon the daily practice of the process and packaging machinery, we will also look at who is on the other side of the table, the owner or the purchaser. Also arguments which typically come across the negotiation table, and how to prepare yourselves on that, will be discussed. An other important element of this highly international business, is the confrontation with many cultural differences in different countries, so also a lot of attention will be paid to this.
